Very nice watch. I had an appointment on Monday with my heart specialist and he was wearing that exact same watch. We started talking about watches and I was surprised to hear that the company is not that old, the quality of the watch is really impressive.

Work beater.
Tissot Chrono XL on a TAN NATO Strap.
Chrono feature works well for demolitions, always makes the "stop watch or bust" digital timer crowd a bit angry in regards to range safety.
Good lume, quartz accuracy and quick to read with the big dial.

I took out my Omega Seamaster calibre 1611 Chrono-Quartz "Albatros" over the weekend and it is still on my wrist. This was the world’s first digital/analog chronograph and Omega's official timepiece for the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal.

I only wear it when rain is not in the forecast as it is next to impossible to find replacement gaskets to make it waterproof.

When I first purchased it in 1976 everyone told me that it was strange looking and I was crazy to buy it as large watches were not in style. Now that large watches are in I am constantly asked what type of watch am I wearing.

It only took 45 years for it to become cool!

It very well may be but the market disagrees unfortunately because the moment you walk out of the boutique it tanks 50% in value. It’s freaking catastrophic. I’m very depressed about that.

NOA (no other around) anyone ever heard of them? Wifey got it for me as a wedding present. Love it but I can’t find a replacement band. The store we bought it from closed and then we moved from NJ to FL. Allegedly there is a boutique in South Beach but we haven’t been to Miami in a few years

Actually, NOA stands for " None of the above". I located an old article for you.

It's funny how your tastes change overtime. I got the above NOA and the Tag for wedding presents at the same time and I wore the NOA all the time and the Tag not so much.
Now I tend to wear the Tag much more
