Confirmed X3 and X3M Roundels PNs.

Sizes
Hood: 82 mm (2 pins/no adhesive)
Trunk: 82 mm (2 pins/adhesive)

X3 G01
https://paddleshifterz.com/product/o...v=7516fd43adaa

X3M F97
https://paddleshifterz.com/product/o...v=7516fd43adaa

Don't expect the photos to be 100% correct.

F97 X3M
https://ind-distribution.com/product...5dcd9fb5&_ss=r

These photos look correct.

I just realized BMW didn't use the G-Platform (X3 G01) for the latest X3M F97. The X3 LCI will be designated G45. The X3 Roundels are all the same. On BMW ///M cars the Hood/Trunk sizes are 82/74 mm. For BMW X SAVs some Hood/Trunk sizes are 82/82 mm.

Cheers

Maybe on the older models but I can't see this looking too good on anything made after the early 2000's or with any of the modern colors. Great idea though. Maybe they will become collectibles later if nobody wants them now.

I had a black and white one on my old e92 and it looked great and stayed on from the time I installed it to the time I sold the car 4 years later. For $28 I think it's of little harm to buy it and see if you like it or not. It's dome-shaped so the real badge underneath will not be visible and the sticker will not fall off by accident. If you decide you don't like it you can just peel it off, no big deal.

That's the same one that came with my set of four for the hubcaps, one each for trunk and hood, and one for steering wheel. The entire set was twenty-bucks!

Feel free to share a link, lol. All the 50th anniversary 7 piece sets I see are $80-200.

The stickers are not the same. That is why they are so cheap. You are better off with OEM roundels.

I've already bought the OEM hood and trunk roundels for the 50th anniversary badges. Unfortunately they aren't available in 68mm for the wheel center caps and the steering wheel emblem doesn't exist, so 3rd party seems to be the only solution to getting those pieces.

I really just wanted the 68mm hubcaps for my 128i M-sport and bought the 7-piece set first and ordered another set of just the large caps at the same time. The large set came within two days off Amazon sent from California. As soon they arrived, I checked and the item as well as the seller were no longer listed on Amazon. The other caps-only set came from Ebay and were delivered from China within a week. That seller disappeared shortly thereafter, too. I tried one more set quickly so I now have 12 68-mm hubcap emblems. It's easy to tell these Chinese non-OE parts as the BMW emblem is larger and the color bars around them are smaller. But if BMW isn't going to offer them, we have to take matters in our own hands!

From earlier in this thread: https://www.1addicts.com/forums/show...7&postcount=25

Oddly enough I ordered a black M5 emblem for a co-worker's new 2022 M5 from our BMW parts department and it came from China!

Looks like the California seller of the 7-piece set for 68-mm hub cap is back but on Ebay with a price that's over five-times what it was when I got mine.

Whoops, and back on Amazon for just $30.

Yes. I ordered from eBay from a seller in Beverly Hills, CA for $100. The set arrived from Amazon, where the price is $30. So the eBay seller pockets $70 in profit. Avoid ordering anything from China for obvious reasons.

So order from Amazon for $30.

The wheel center caps say made in Italy, but they are from China. The center caps are actually the base gray plastic cap, with an aluminum graphic on top.

I am waiting for the BMW OEM hood/trunk roundels, but the other emblems aren't available for older BMWs, so aftermarket is the only option.

Cheers

Great looking white E82 1M. There should be an eBay seller and Amazon item that has the center wheel caps with the gorgeous rims so everything matches. Buy the full kit of 7 pieces for $30. It includes the steering wheel emblem too.

Cheers

I wish it was a 1M! Thanks for the inputs on center caps, I’m toying with that idea. One side of me wants to match but then the other side says it’s too much. Trying to strike the right balance.

Can you post up pictures of what your received from eBay/Amazon?

If "too much" refers to cost, the point isn't cost but availability. BMW doesn't supply 50th hub caps for earlier wheels. If you check the rest of this thread I'm pretty sure I posted a photo of the copies from Amazon on my 128i Apex wheels (post #28), though dirty and in poor lighting. I also posted a side-by-side comparison of "real" versus "copy" (post #25) so you can see the copy has a larger BMW emblem compared to the narrower color bands. Some even like it better.

Not ‘too much’ in cost but overboard of use with the color combination.

I have ordered the rear 70mm sized 50th roundel from BMW San Jose motorcycle (which I’ll have to figure out how to adapt)that has the narrow bands. Thus, I may keep the wheels with the traditional roundel.

Thanks for reminding me about your post. I’ll check it out

The eBay seller is from Beverly Hill, CA and has photos attached for the 7 piece $100 kit. The same product is on Amazon for $30. You can tell by the photos it is the same item made in China, but listed as made in Italy. Grey plastic wheel center caps.

Order from Amazon, since the eBay seller will send you the product via Amazon anyway, pocketing $70 in profit.

The gorgeous tricolor ///M stripes on White, with a full set of roundels are perfection.

Cheers
