Z4M hardtop only

Hi Gents,

As a present owner of an 11' M3 I have always admired the older Z4M hardtop. And I think the present convertable is a smooth good looking vehicle. However, not a fan of convertables though.

I would jump at a hardtop only M with a tuned 380hp TT6. something to compete with the TTRS. i love my M3 but at times a lighter more intimate drving experience would be a thrill.

Perhaps the F30 M3 engine could find it's way into a Z4M car.

Food for thought.

Since that is never going to happen, there is the retractable hard top 35is to tide you over for now.

I didn't think the TTRS was coming to the US ????

wow, those renderings look better and better. And yes the TTRS is coming.

How much weight could be saved with say a carbon fiber hardtop? Just imagine the Z4M with that and 380-400 hp. a fantastic 2-seater. i would think you could save 300 pounds or so without the convertable hardtop?

again i love my M3 but a spicy 2 seater hardtop at 3300 pounds would be a killer.

Black with carbon fiber roof, sexy. Anyone render that idea?

I've got a M3, I respect the convertable but just not my cup of tea.

I didnīt know where to post this, but this thread seems fine.
I just read on a German Forum that the TT RS Plus has been added to the Audi spare parts catalogue.
It is supposed to have 360HP. No further details were given.
Isnīt this THE sign BMW finally needs to come out with a Z4M?

US is only getting the 360hp version. Stick only as well. Estimates of 0-60 in 4.1 secs. But it will cost less than a loaded z4is.
