And using hydrogen fuel in a conventional internal combustion still does not get around the main issue with ICE which is combustion efficiency (i.e. waste heat) between 40% - 60%.

Cloud seeding was one of the attributes of HAARP - they seed the atmosphere and then super heat the ions for the desired effect. If you're looking for them to admit they do weather manipulations VIA Google and Wikipedia, you're going to have a rough time

I lease and I think the article should have been directed at the lies that EV RENTERS and owners tell. More inclusive that way.
