Viton gaskets for DCT

Hey

Wondering if anyone has gotten the viton gaskets from ebay's twinturbo30psi? Looking for a "pemanent fix" for the leaky DCT.

Appreciate feedbacks. Thanks!

Viton has a much higher temperature rating. It is used more often where there is also contact with fuel or chemicals. The OEM nitrile or Buna N seems marginal for temperature. Viton would be much more expensive but it is only a big O ring I believe. If a reputable parts source offers viton it probably does not have any down side so It would be worth a try.
There may also be issues with the pan cover itself which is probably plastic and might be warping.. There are some aluminum pans, but watch out for ground clearance. I would go for both, but who knows?
