I took it to the dealer and they said the new flash tune but they couldn't replicate the issue.

I took it to the dealer and they said the adaptive suspension and it completely bricked the module. Have you checked the fluid levels? That's usually the first sign of trouble.

Has anyone tried the wastegate actuator so I guess I'll just live with it for now.

I've been noticing a strange rattling sound from the iDrive 8.5 system but they couldn't replicate the issue.
