Dinan Software?

Any rumors/rumblings on a Dinan tune for the E89 s35i? Assume Dinan will do this, but have seen/heard nothing. Anyone?

They'll most likely need to get their hands on a car first, but the 335i tune should be adaptable as it's the same engine.

I'm expecting to see one, but as the car isn't out yet, it's a bit early for any tuners to have kits available.

I'm sure it will come in the first few months, because the 35i is nothing new. I expect they can get 360HP from the 35i. ALPINA also managed to do that with the B3S!

The biggest hurdle will be what the DCT can handle. 421lb ft torque is out of the question in my opinion.

programming the sw for dct is another matter; I'm sure that will work fiine too, plus you get warranty. The DCT is based on the M3 DCT, so it won't be as fast. Anyway, the money ticket is the stick for more driver involvement, and less stuff to break..
