Not to change the subject, but you know you are old when you remember watching women's roller derby on a black and white TV with dad, or in my case grandpa.

When a simple 17 mile ride on relatively flat terrain kicks your butt because of the heat and humidity. It's amazing how hard your heart can work when it's trying to keep your core temp down.

Oh, I'd like that! Dad went to bike week any year that he could get away from work. My favorite part of bike week was looking through the multiple rolls of film developed after it was over.

Why they couldn't just use the same hole size on 45 RPM records that they used on 33 and 78 RPM records is still one of life's great mysteries to me.....
