Pagination acting up?

About 2 days ago I've started noticing that the pagination is acting quirky lately. I've seen it on a few other threads, but specifically this one: PROcede v2 ready for 4 local beta testers

It shows me page 12 (currently the last page) but when I click on it, or the arrow leading to the next page, the page I get is actually page 11, not 12, despite the pagination links still listing 12 and the actual URL being followed correctly displaying "page=12" but once I click and it loads it's in fact on "page=11"

I've refreshed the page in case someone deleted something perhaps, but nope, it still shows an extra unreachable page. I can only reach it once more people post on the thread and it really gets into page 12

Tried this on 2 diff. pcs so far.

I've seen the same thing. It seems most prevalent in the FI forum. Maybe it's because a bunch of posts (Terry335's) were recently removed from those threads?

try taking this link:

Once the browser finishes with redirects, I end up at:

Now, clicking on the "3" at the bottom of the page, whose link target is:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...t=71381&page=3

You end up, after redirects, back at:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...t=71381&page=2

Apparently the above doesn't always occur...

Maybe everything looks right when (posts-deleted_posts)/posts_per_page is equal to posts/posts_per_page ?

We need to find a quiet thread this is happening on....

This thread is definitely giving me a problem now (same problem as described above): http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=58

I have my settings at 40 posts per page.
The 'top-level' F/I forum lists this thread with 40 posts, the last being cheluto2 at 4:44pm EDT.
Click on the thread and cheluto2 is the last post at 4:44, but it is #38.
However, it says that there is a second page (even though there isn't)

some one was the 1st one to post on that page number then deleted it or it got delted there for the page expanded but its empty
