2015 Z4 with low miles, anything I should be concerned about?
We bought a 2015 Z4 with 14,000 miles on it in 2017. 2 years later it has a whopping 24,000 miles. Just a weekend car for us. Is there anything we should be concerned about and maybe have it looked at before it fails?
I just inspected the roof wiring and the hydraulic pump. All looks as new. We generally leave the top down in the garage, so it hasn't had many cycles. The car has never been rained on. Gets hand washed every once in a while. Serviced regularly even though the miles do not require it. Appreciate any thoughts. Corn |

So here's what I did when my wife's 2013 was about to run out of factory warranty and we decided not to purchase an extension. We researched indie shops in the area and decided on one which we then had do a "used car pre-purchase inspection" on the car for $135 (which was given back to us as a credit at our first normal service a few months later). They came up with a short list of problems and potential problems some of which I was not aware of (like oil in the coolant caused by a leaking filter housing gasket) which I then took to the dealer prior to warranty expiration and they fixed just about everything on the list, saving us several thousand dollars. The mileage on the car at the time was just about what yours is. It's now approaching 60k and we haven't had any issues since.
