Man those were fun times. We all made good money and had a blast doing it. I started in sales in the indirect channel during the Bell South Cingular days. I was promoted to manager 3 months later and the following month they started dumping stores on me and changed my title. After the (reverse) merger, the job was still fun; just not as much fun. It slowly went down hill after. When the N-Gage was released by Nokia and Nokia sent demo units to the store, our non-customer times were completely unproductive until they pulled the demo units. ) I actually found a bit torrent that had all the N-Gage games. We were Tiger Woods and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater professionals.

I still catch myself dreaming and giving customers the toll-free customer service number and power-cycling phones.

In all honesty, had anyone's behavior been known of what happened when customers were not in the store, NO ONE would have kept their jobs....but holy shit man, it really was a blast. The only bullshit about working there was all the corporate stuff.

Of course there is a video on how to do this.

Back in the day, on the bus ride home we use to shoot each other with paper wads fired from rubber bands. One day we up our game and got hold of a rubber bands this size and strung this across the back two seats and use full sheet of paper to make the wad and fired them at the people in the front of the bus. It call came to an end when we started hitting the windshield of the bus. Keep in mind this was prior to bungee cord sling shots.

I would consider this one of those moments where someone older and more experienced, taught me something today. Albeit strange that (I'm guessing you made that video) it was done via the interwebs, by linking a youtube video into a car forum thread. This is genuinely like a futuristic passing down of knowledge. I salute you sir!
