There are a lot and certainly no one right answer. I agree with most everything posted here to some degree or another except maybe the Enzo.
I might also point out that there are beautiful cars and then there are just great looking cars from my own perspective. Something like a the F1. Good looking car but not beautiful to me. Beautiful would be the 356, 550 Spyder, DB5, and plent of others are previously noted. |

I think the most beautiful car ever made is dependent on your age and where you grew up.
For instance if you were born in the late 1800's you might think a 1920 Stutz Bearcat was the most beautiful car. But if you're like me, a child of the 70's and 80's you might think a Ferrari 308GTSi like the one Magnum PI had was the most beautiful car ever made. |

They have engine and suspension upgrades as well. They don't turn the car into a speed monster, but otherwise a definite improvement from the lethargic original.
