Is this service waiver normal for dealerships? parts of the fine print seem unreasona

Waiver below, just going for a simple tire change but have never signed a waiver in the past. The part of damages is a little bit concerning.

Generic disclaimer, repair shops/dealers have used them for years especially regarding personal items or property left in vehicles.
