Thats the part that escapes me - have been riding for 35+ years and cannot imagine what the heck someone was doing with their bare feet near a a bike chain - passenger maybe and wearing flip-flops or something? - again, bizarre!

Hard as it is to imagine, many people are born without a 'what could go wrong' gene. The stories from the ER make my head spin, often such pointless and preventable stuff. I think scratching your head with the nozzle of the nail gun is my personal favorite.

You would not believe how often people come into the ER with roaches in their ears. Those little brown ones usually, it's horrifying.

And hey - I don't need any judgement from my fast draw neighbour to the south. I made it through my busy season...now I can relax a little again.

Well, after June for sure...it will be consistent up till then, but not crazy like it was in April.
