May have been noted already, but Mosquito Coast is absorbing.

Excellent finale (if you ignore the gun timeline).

I haven't seen anyone mention this, but for some reason I really like "Outlander". Admittedly, it's a little slow but I really like the time period and setting.

Finished it last night. Much better than I was expecting, but the last episode was about 30 minutes too long.

Finished Mare last night as well. Very good, and nice bit of an extra twist. Overall very satisfying, its what The Undoing should have been.

We also finished Mildred Pierce as well (which also stars Kate Winslet) and its very good. Never seen the original with Joan Crawford and Ann Blyth but I always enjoy older period pieces.

Wife and I really enjoyed the 1st several seasons of Outlander, but it honestly started getting boring & tapering off season before last (season 4 or 5 I think), so we stopped watching. Much the same as watching Walking Dead or something.

The last thing I remember was Jamie's aunt in N. Carolina getting married & finding out that his daughter's rapist was alive.

We watched it till the Jamie rape scene. I think you can categorize that as "jumping the shark".

I'm almost done with Brooklyn Nine-Nine season two. Very funny show.

Wow - I felt the same way, and actually did stop watching before the end of the first episode. Maybe I will give it another go?

I watched the first episode twice. So I’d say yes, give it another try from the start.

Killing Eve: I've seen a few episodes. It's pretty good. My daughter bought me all 3 seasons on DVD for Father's Day but I'm not supposed to know. It's a surprise, so mum's the word. lol

A fourth season is coming.

So good. Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh are a perfect cat and mouse. Nothing can top season 1, but seasons 2 and 3 are still greatly enjoyable.

Lmfao I'm not gonna lie we're not even that far in. We're halfway season 3 or something if I remember correctly. We switched to rewatching la casa de papel now, because of the new season that's coming out.

Yeah, that scene definitely made me ready for something else lol.

I'm in the beginning of Season 4 of Brooklyn Nine-Nine (watching w/out the wife) and absolutely love it.

We did watch Mare of East Town last night, based off this thread's recommendation. Really liked the 1st episode, but that's as far as we got.

I'm trying to get my wife to watch How I Met Your Mother. She finally agreed, watched the 2 episodes (granted its a slow start, but the Office Season 1 sucked), and now she's refusing to go further. I got her painstakingly through HIMYM Season 1 Episode 4, but she's making it a struggle.

Every show I've suggested to her, she's loved (incl. Formula 1: Drive to Survive & now she's obsessed w/F1), yet she won't trust me yet lol.. Ugh
