Max lost a shed full of points from two races because of a fuel pipe and a few other small bits and pieces that stopped his 18 but I think even with Lec's remaining lead as a buffer zone Ferrari are reeling from the Imola blow and it's affected their confidence and Chas is being brave by saying the off under pressure apparently from no one has not affected his confidence.

Lec is now dealing with a fresh World Champ and I don't think he will have that killer touch that Max has gained from his experience and Newey's genius RB18. Long may it continue up to the RB-Porsche tie up.

That would have to be something voted on, I don't see all teams going along with that. The lower teams that have to try to actually reach the cap, will not vote yes on cap increase. They enjoy racing and finishing ahead of Merc. For instance Haas only spent $80mill last year, not anywhere near the $145mill budget cap.

Mercedes is doing it to their drivers, change setup or quit complaining. Their car is a crap wagon, in order to get any speed out of it they have extreme porpoising. Other teams seem to be figuring it out or have figured it out.

Clearly Mercedes gambled on the W13 and it seems like they're going to lose on that but assuming they know something we don't know about the true potential of the W13, this could mean an off year only to come back hard next year. They will be given more wind tunnel time and would essentially be using 2-years worth of budget.

Again, not saying this is the case and that other teams won't also improve but I can't seem to think of any reason why they wouldn't switch up the strategy unless they know that the W13 could be something but they just need time and money. Right now, I don't see how they can make the car any worse. They have to be sticking with this design for a reason.

Always liked this Enzo e Dino track and feel a bit sorry for the Ferrari crowd but their car was just not good enough with an unlucky Sainz and Leclerc struggling to keep up with the bulls. Kudos to Norris for nabbing third.

Then I saw the Ferraris F up, and this just shows me there is still a small minute chance that if the merc upgrades are good they have a chance. Yeah I saw this the other day online, it's actually very interesting. Redbull's floor is still way more detailed, in terms of every tiny intracacy, but I guess that isn't really a sign of performance.

I'm starting to think these details aren't ultra sensitive to copying because the entire chassis and air flow fields from the front wing need to be specifically tuned to to match the floor otherwise it won't work. Hence why we have seen the Merc and redbull under floor, being carried to the garage without covers.

So I'm pretty sure it's not so easy to copy and paste these floors even with pictures. I'm sure teams don't want rivals to see it, but even if they do see it im sure it's not gonna be easy to copy.
