Same 7 mile ride tonight, great evening for it. Stopped halfway for dinner at a great Lebanese restaurant. Great time of year!

^ Never tried Lebanese style food, I like salads so will probably have a go and making that Tabbouleh one sometime.
Planning a ten miler today at midday.

Almost got hit head-on today by some moron cutting a left turn. Just barely squeaked by on the narrow dirt strip on the inside of the corner. Probably had his head up his cell phone.

20 mile ride on a new route. Great day, started in the upper 50s deg F and ended around 70 deg F. Sunny with light breeze so not overly warm. Half the route was on a good quality bike path, the other half was 50% sidewalk and 50% side of the road. Improvement is needed to find a 20 mile circuit with full or nearly full sidewalk coverage.

I should get out today. It's hot, but dry with a breeze. Just need some motivation.

EDIT: I ended up doing 30 minutes on the rowing machine and a 10 mile/~33 min ride on the trainer.

Standard 7 mile weeknight right. Nice evening, mid-upper 70s degF and low humidity. Not many people on the trail.

Did 21 on the local trail today. Easy peasey with the trail being generally flat. Tomorrow looks like another good day for riding. Can't believe this weather. I feel sorry for the folks out east with that nasty smoke. My brother is in the DC area and he said it's awful there.

Did my usual run to the farm yesterday and took advantage of the 23C temp and windless moment before the mum's school runs started.

Getting out every day now after 7pm to avoid the intense heat, then a quick shower and into the jacuzzi.

Yesterday we had great weather, but I needed a non-bike day. Did some walking, but that was about it. Today we have (much needed) steady rain, so it'll be an hour or so in the pain cave doing some rowing and a ride on the trainer.

I'm so used to cycling, started when I was about 4 and I'm more in tune with pedalling than walking. If it's bad weather or too cold then it has to be a walk if even to take our pet dog for its daily walk or two.

Hot and sunny so another 10 miler today (just missing the mums school run) to give me a hearty appetite.

Broke the hub on my primary bike, so I'll be out on the backup today. Sunny and warm, but not too humid.

The LBS finished repairing my primary bike, so I was able to get in a good ride today.

7 mile weeknight ride. Stopped for dinner at the Algerian place. Nice night, a bit cooler than the past few. Windows open in the house! Not a big fan of A/C.

14 miles. Combined our weeknight dinner loop with our longer weekend ride. Cool and humid, lots of people on the trail. Good ride.
