lubrican for the gasket seal

I like to lubricate all the gaskets that seal the top.
I like to know if anyone use something once a year to keep these seals (rubber) from not cracking overtime.

I too would be interested in this info as these Z's have mountains of rubber seals that will have the potential for aging issues over time.

You might also want to try Krytox. Its very expensive, and goes on like glue but does the trick on the noise front.
