Icarly parameters

I purchased a paid full version Icarly BMW scan tool. It has a parameter function that allows you to read engine data from the CAN bus. The list of parameters is very confusing. Icarly does not respond to requests for help. What parameter do I select to view the engine water temperature sensor reading? What parameter do I select to view Lambda, the measurement of the engine air fuel ratio? How do I clear the parameter screen of all parameters chosen? Is there any reference to a manual for the Icarly. TIA.
