I got this car and spent the winter doing all kinds of Pm work. My plan was to make it a fun/reliable weekend car for us to cruise to wineries, etc. Unfortunately life has taken a turn and i need to put money into a home.
The car was a somewhat daily driver in the west until a year or so ago, when it came to upstate NY, it has only seen one partial winter. During the winter she gave the rims some curb rash. They're all straight, no leaks, etc, but my plan was to get them re-finished. They are OEM 326 style 19" rims. The interior is in very good condition, driver bolster has a shiny spot and a rub up near the top, but not very noticeable, and no rips/stains anywhere that i found. There are a couple dings on the front/rear bumpers, 2 screw holes on the front bumper from previous license plate. Everything, including the top, operates very well. Heated seats, 7-speed Dual clutch with paddles. The car runs amazing, no corrosion/rust that i could find anywhere. Paint is good, but hood can use a good rub/buff, it feels rough on top. i have literally only washed the car/interior. a knowledgeable detailer could make this thing sparkle. Engine is nice and dry (Rare!), i've put some miles on it and nothing is out of sorts since all my PM work. Engine has no leaks, and pulls like a train! Tool kit, storage bag, and tow hook are all unused. All fluids are fresh. Comfort Access pkg which is awesome and lets you start and unlock without using the fob. All manuals and 2 keys included, as well as OEM antenna. Located in Western NY between Buffalo/Syracuse. 67,500 miles.
Rear decal was peeling, so i ordered a new one, which has been on backorder for 2 months..

9/2021-
Coils/spark plugs changed
New BMW Battery
Rear pads and rotors (Zimmerman spec equip), and new pad sensors

2/2022-

Intake gaskets at the same time
Serpentine belt, tensioner
Had alternator tested for preventive measure while apart
Coolant flush
Oil change-Mobil 1

Cleaned and LIGHTLY lubed all convertible top gaskets/seals/joints

Just bumping this. Had a guy who loved the car, but he got told he was "eligible" for early retirement Friday- basically offered him some cash to go early and help lower the company overhead, so he had to pull out of the deal.

Did you check with Carvana for an "instant" quote? (No I'm not connected in any way with them)
I have a 2011 35i with 45K miles, black c red interior, pretty much loaded up. They recently offered me $27,000. I would think since yours is a year newer and is the 35is, even though it has more miles they should offer you more than $27??
Just thought I'd toss it out.
Nice Ride!

Just checked my emails and they actually offered me a bit over $28k just a week ago.
Maybe I should take them up on it and buy yours! A year newer, wheel upgrade and a 35is.
Anyway I'm toying with the idea of a G29 if the right deal comes around.
Good luck with the sale.
