They're refurbished virginized 35is clusters. A new OEM cluster is $1000 before you even touch it.

1 yr parts and labor but from my experience selling probably over 1k E6x, E7x, E8x, E9x clusters, the failure rate is well under 1%.

E series clusters aren't capable of using RGB leds for lighting, one color leds only. There are aftermarket add on kits that can do this but I don't deal with them.

It's really not a returnable item unless there's something wrong with it. It comes programmed for your VIN and VO. I suppose you could return minus the virginzing and programming charge ($125). If you have Instagram, it's posted on my page, clustersandcoding, and there's a video of it doing a bench test sequence.
