This is a totally different Heat team than last year where they ended a 28 game winning streak around this same time.

The team seems to be at each other's throats blaming everyone else for the team's problems. This reminds me of the Lakers after they 3-peated 2000, 2001, 2002. Shaq and Kobe weren't getting along and pointing fingers.
