What is supposed to be in the tool kit in the trunk?

Mine just has a screwdriver. What else is supposed to be in the red tool roll up?

I have the tow hook and screw driver

Tow Hook, Screw Driver I can figure out. What bolts would they expect you to use the wrench with and what is the purpose of the other thing?

Wrench is usually a 10 mm and I think an 8mm - you can almost part out you car with those.

10 Mm used for battery terminal connections....

I just checked mine. All it has is the Tow Hook and a Screwdriver.

I think that bent allen wrench is for the emergency cranking of the top? Mine does not have that.
