It was loose in the trunk when I got the car. I have no idea where it lives.

Correct, it's 11 plus 12.

This is required to attach a pair of ski in the trunk and has to be mounted at the rear inside the trunk.

Looks like someone came up with a novel solution for broken hood partition hinge plates!

I haven't done anything with the shelf hinges yet. I can't decide between just ordering an entirely new assembly, or creating my own hinges. I only have 75% of my hinges too (one side is missing a half).

Too bad about the missing half hinge. If you had all the parts, they can be jerry rigged back into service by drilling out the broken screw bosses and then substituting new, longer screws and lock nuts trough the entire assembly. Saves a lot of $$$
