As I said again, I ordered a Z4 in the 12 of March.
But I think that I made a big mistake. I didn't ordered the sports seats. Now while I'm seeing some photos, I think that the sports seats are veeeeeeeryyyyy beautiful and I'm very disapointed for my mistake. The thing that I don't know is how the simple seats look like. I saw two or three pictures but they were from far away and I couldn't have a right opinion. As I saw the simple seats are not so nice, even maybe are ugly, but I'm not sure about this. Did anyone knows something about this? |

The "basic" seats are not bad looking and it feels good too. I did not pick the sport seats either but added the lumbar support instead which I think is more worthwhile. If you got very long legs, the sport seat might give you more support as the bottom part can manually stretched forward. Whereas the side supports (electronically width controlled) on the sport seat is a bit too bulky which even comes into your way when you try to rest your arm on the arm rest. If you are a big fellow, you feel being tightly wrapped but I don't find it too comfortable. The head rest on the sport seats can be tilted a bit and I don't know how much does it help.

You have posted the "Ventilation front seats" already once. Would you mind explaining what this means? According to my knowledge there is no seat ventilation option from BMW - in no market. Kindly let me know as I would be really interested in having it. |

An Expression of Joy
I ordered my 2009 (is it a 2010?) Z4 35 in early April and I am told that it is on the ship but has a couple of stops after it arrives in the U.S. to make before delivery to the dealership, I can't hardly wait to see it I have the deep sea blue, manual transmission. I have always had black BMWs so I am stepping out of my comfort zone. I would like to get some german plates for the front of my car, my state only has one license plate on the back. I will not drill holes in the car but will attached to the front bumper in a way not to ruin the car.

Soon... it will be mine!
I've ordered my BMW Z4 in February... Delivery is planned for the last week of May (with paperwork I'll prolly get it first week of June).
I've gone for the "basic" version: BMW Z4 sDrive23i
Next week I can finally make a test ride! Yesterday there was a official presentation at the local dealership and now I saw the car again I can't wait to have it... PS: Sorry for the poor translation of the options... Last edited by Niels; 05-08-2009 at 02:09 AM.. Reason: Edited option list |
