Everything is more expensive in a cruise ship port, where all of the big-ticket stores prey on tourists!

Diamonds International ads in cruise ship newsletters probably cost them more than booking a whole deck of cabins on each sailing.

The cruise lines also make a mint from on-board art sales. The only free alcohol (other than the champagne glass when boarding) on most cruises is served at the art auctions.....
