Beware any movement to your phone by default is interpreted as being awake. If your phone is in bed, it won't work well. You can turn that off, though. I just keep the phone far away.

Blood oxygen says it got down to 84%. Can't see respiration.

Last night wasn't much better - blood oxygen got down to 67%, but averaged 85%

Honestly, I feel like shit. I wake every day like I'm hungover. Headaches, dry throat, blurred vision and feel like I didn't sleep. I often fall asleep in my chair if I relax too much.

Trying to source a CPAP now, one suitable for my condition as the docs put it.
