There is a lot of variation in colour between the various pictures... maybe indoor v. outdoor or filters etc. For people who own this colour, please advise which picture you think is closest correct depiction of the colour .
I am going to be buying another 3 series this year (love the car) and they are going to release this colour on the 3 starting with the 2011 build (ie in a few months)... is it worth waiting for? How do you think it will look on a bigger boxier car. Advice appreciated. |

very nice color.
Try reducing the effect by 20 or 30 % just from the car leaving everything else as is. you'll bring some of the original texture and color back to the car which I think will give the car an even better look.

Hi bootboot,
What colour are they, hyper silver or mirror paint? Do you have 8.5x18 all around or 7.5x18 for the fronts (do you use the standard 225 front and 255 rear tires?)? They should fit fine without any modification, don't they? Thanks Martin |

Hi Martin,
They are 8.5 x 18 all around, and yes I've got the standard 225 front / 255 rear set up. They fit perfectly fine without any modifications. |

These were taken in Fei Ngor Shan. I'm having trouble finding good car photo locations too, let me know if you know any.

OK, OK. After 10 years with my Z3 3.0i, it's time to get this car.
For me it must be the Blue. But, throughout these picts and all over the internet it looks like there is different Blue's available. Deep Sea Blue, just Blue on some sales sites and metallic or not. Are all the Blue shots the same color with different lighting? I'm into the really Bright Blue in some of the picts. thanks for replies. Blu |

Very Nice. I noticed you have the black front grill. Is the Chrome a different package or option?

Found THE car for me. Appreciate your advice!
What do you think of this price?
2011 Blue 3.5 10K miles with Walnut, wood trim, 19" 296 wheels, run flats, Auto. new cond. Packages: Cold weather, Premium, Sport (don't think it's M sport but has adaptive suspension), Park distance Certified and comes with 100K extended warranty. Price is $52,000 comments? |

blue,
Price is OK but it can't be a 3.5 it's either a 30, 35i or 35is. Is it an Automatic or 6-speed? All are 2996 CC, 3 liter engines some with lots. of power some without. Love our 35i.

thanks, 3.5i unfortunately doesn't have the NAV option and according to the dealer can't be added.
BTW, some of these picts show the cars suspension riding lower to the wheels which per the dealer is from the M sport package using 18" wheels with larger tires. sound right? |
