The roll bar mesh is still the same OEM. Sorry, I would not open this business, I just use my skill as a surgeon to modify this. Anyway will answer all questions As Roft-Dieter said, this is for someone who already have the Mesh and want to replace it with some clear glass

If I still had my Z I would take it to a specialty glass shop (you know the one that does windows and screens that often get damaged and need to be replaced) those fellows are normally very skilled. I would recommend tempered glass for plastic will fade on you over time ... just putting my thoughts on paper Good luck!

plexi wont fade, and its lighter safer and cheaper than glass.
I only have this car for 1.5 more years anyway.

This experiment started a year ago with plexi and without shaving the frame plexi get scratch, came loose from silicone sealant after a few months Then 10mm non safety glass (no shaving frame) which leave ugly silicone mark Finally I decide to disassemble and shave off the frame and put 6mm safety glass which I pay only $20 for glass that included heat treated (I pay $18 for plexi and $10 for 10mm glass) and several hours of hand skill
