I told you this would happen the Mieses went and hired a Celebrity lawyer to make him look like a saint. Now that the story came out he was not helping a hurt biker he now coming up with a new story that he was trying to get everyone stop.

At a news conference Friday, celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred said the aspiring rapper was trying to get other bikers to walk away from the confrontation when Lien ran him down.

"He told everyone to move on and go back to riding," she said. "His sole intention was to defuse the situation."

"Watch that huge vehicle, SUV, blast off, and watch it as it is lifted several feet off the ground as it rolls over Edwin Mieses," she said of the video.

Dayana Mejia, Mieses partner and the father their two children, defended the cyclists who gathered for the "Hollywood STuntz" rider.

"They are not gang members. They are not thugs," she said tearfully.

Okay some positive news out of this, and for those who think most NYC'ers would not care or get involved. Someone step up and did get involved and he said they attempted to pull the wife out as well.

Another biker, Allen Edwards, surrendered to police but was released without charges.
On Saturday night, the man described by police as the top cooperating witness in the case, Kevin Bresloff, was given a police escort home.

Bresloff, at times referred to as “Kawasaki Kevin,” provided investigators with the helmet cam video of the violence, CBS 2′s Dave Carlin reported.

Bresloff’s attorney said that his client has been threatened for turning the video over to investigators.

The woman who original claimed to be Edwin Mieses wife is not she is a longer term partner as she now is claiming. Yep another liar in the bunch, she realize daddy is paraplegic and no pay check for her kids and her so why not sue the Lien's, and Minster Mieses is in complete denial what his DNA did.

The other interesting thing with this all, the Lein's have both said they were in fear for their lives and even the 911 call they made it is clear they were in fear for their lives, those statements and the fact they have not said anything different will probably make this case hard for the Motorcycles to make any claims against them. The interesting they choose those words since this is the state of mind which the law looks at when determining if you were in your right to protect yourself with force.

Here is the interesting twist, and I drawing this conclusion base on the fact the under cover cop who claimed to show up after the beating of the driver ended when in fact pictures and video evidence now show he was there when it happened. Then you have a guy who was charged for beating Mr Lien, had 21 arrests, and was not in jail after a resnt drug and gun possession bust and the DA and Police can not explain it. Can you say the biker was an informant and the undercover cop was his handler.

Yeah this is going to get really messy, I think the Lien's have NYC by the nuts on this one, especially if the officer stood by and did nothing. I do not buy blowing his cover, anyone can step in and stop a fight without people thinking your a cop.
