Me too! I own 40 acres of virgin forest and most of my house was built in the 1850s. The average age of my vehicle fleet is 17 years and 245,000 miles. Maybe I am a Luddite...

You are too easy. Lol. I've actually spent a 30+ year career injecting new technology into both the American military and civilian culture. Enjoy.

Who paid for these failed green grifts, tax payers. (by the way I just picked three that came to mind, the true green fails/grifts numbers are quite substantial.)

Yes fossil fuel and nuclear energy sectors have failures but for the most part the costs are paid by the corporations who own them and yes often forwarded to their customers. When the thumb of government is off the scales the free market will determine the winners or losers and that is not what is happening.

Just to spice it up a little, my college time was spent in Stratigraphy and Comp Sci to go find coal, gas and oil.

Yeah the government definitely does not assist the fossil fuel companies in any way...

The biggest technology dummies I know are my older coworkers (I'm a software engineer). So I'm sticking with my analysis

One aspect of my job is to re-write proposals because most every (software) engineer I work with can't write English worth shit.

Are you sure you worked in Comp Sci? If your code is as jumbled as your logic, color me terrified

Well if by "in" you mean cannot write technical proposals to earn a living, yeah that's not me; I earn a great living at it.

As a sport bike it would be quite fun. I already live in the mountains so, I don't have to "get here" to ride great roads. But for city folk who ride "out here" to run all the great roads, it's an issue with the Live Wire. The problem is there is just not enough space in the chassis for a high-capacty charger, so it's a slow recovery process. It plugs into a Level 2 charger; it just can't move the juice into the battery that fast.

And the Isle of Man TT has a separate category for EV bikes which are still not running the same times as the Superbikes. The EV category was dropped in 2022 due to lack of entrants.

I still have a set of 1200’s in mint condition. Serato changed the game back then. No more carrying tons of vinyl. Thank god
