Because the part he touch was the illegal part under question, whereas when seb touched cars they were not under investigation so the FIA likely frowned upon it instead of straight up charging him.

I disagree about prior acusations regarding the rear suspension squatting (even horner said it was not illegal when asked during the race), the ICE, the plenum being cooled etc.
Negative !

MAX touched HAM's cheating DRS wing , "BEFORE" the stewards and Jo Bauer started with the investigation ...

No but the car ended up going into Investigation, and he explicitly touched the area where it was being inspected. Thus he had to be reprimanded because he could've (but didn't) made alterations to the car which is illegal. If Lewis's car was fine or if max touched a different area max would've been unpunished but since he explicitly touched an area being investigated he was in trouble.

• If MAX scores four (4) points more than HAM tomorrow, and thus has a lead of at least 26 points after the race, he will reach the ultimate 'MATCH POINT' and he can become already the new 2021 F1 World Champion next week in Qatar !

Honestly it isn't hard to understand !

It's too late . You're so said 'Sir Lewis is coming too short ...

Of course it can change at anytime with one (1) DNF . Like at Silverstone , where MAX was rammed of track with 51 G in the wall by HAM's dirty tricks !

Actually just like this ...
There are still three races left after tomorrow, even if Max is up by 26 after tomorrow's race it's far away from being over. All it would take is one Max DNF and one Sir Lewis win in the same race and it's to all play for again. Sure Max is looking good and I hope he wins just for some parity in the sport, but we have a long way to go yet.

That's actually what I said .

Meanwhile , I really hope that Mercedes keeps it clean ..
Sadly , that's not what they have showed to us ...

People seem to forget very quickly !

This is the first time mercedes has explicitly not met a technical directive. Every other "concern" is only conspiracy at best.

RB isn't clean either, their flexi wing clearly didn't meet technical directives, and their earlier tire blow outs were suspected to be due to tire pressure manipulation - albeit no concrete proof exists.

Right . Did you see that the Merc's rear squat suspension and the Merc's flexible front wing are approved by the FIA regulations on paper ?
Are the Mercedes 'Turbo upgrades approved by the FIA while BOT's and HAM's PU's were replaced ?
I hear that replacing Mercedes PU's is the new *Party-Mode ?
Meanwhile Horner knowns what it is ..The HONDA engineers are looking at it in JAPAN .
Note : Currently 'I don't know what it is ..But that information will come soon enough .

This was already used at Silverstone , is this approved by the FIA as well ?

The FIA themselves said that no rules were broken with that wing.
The wing became non compliant when the FIA changed the rules after complaints from MERC.
The FIA gave the teams time to change that wing after the rulechange and the teams did.

Even Pirelli themselves said that the tires were filled with the correct pressure and warmed to the correct temperatures with the blankets before the race....
And that Pirelli changed their tyre design after Baku only confirms that.

We already discussed this.

Rear squat suspension is in the grey area because suspension movement is legal. There is no active nature to it again so perfectly leagal.

The front wing flex is within the tolerated amount whereas red bull's rear wing flex was not - thats the difference in being able to push the limits within the grey areas. Redbull got too greedy and it costed them. Don't forget no material is infinitely rigid hence the tolerance for material flex.

The rest is just more he said she said nonsense conspiracy garbage, if you don't have hard evidence then it is just useless rambling. Don't forget you're just a guy on the internet making crazy claims, if it was really happening red bull would have already launched a major law suit. But again they have not.

All I see is more jealousy towards mercedes, and I get it mercedes is constantly innovating and making major ground breaking upgrades to the car whereas teams like redbull are stagnant. If the FIA didn't implement these floor changes for 2021 (which impacted low cars like the mercedes the most) then mercedes would have smashed the competition for another year. Imagine the w11 with even more power, a squatting rear suspension, and another years worth of aero development.

In regards to the wing remember nothing is infinitely rigid, so theres tolerances to be had. Red bull pushed said tolerances to the breaking point, hence why with stricter tolerances in place they failed. Mercedes never pushed flex that far so even with new regs they didn't fail and thus didn't need a new front wing.

In regards to the tires rumours were aston and rb heated the tires up alot to get pressures to meet the min requirements. Again a rumour.

But what do you expect pirelli to do just keep the same old tires that were suscpetible to failure? Of course not they had to improve them.

I’m actually disappointed in Charles this season…I thought he showed his class against SEB, but honestly I think SEB was just washed…Carlos is the driver to watch in the prancing pony.

Charles should be wiping the floor with his time in the car vs. Carlos, but Carlos has demonstrated his abilities.

I agree, Charles had so much potential not sure what happened this season.
