I with OP the best of luck with his assumption. I was just commenting that any lease trader right now will be difficult given the excellent rates and residuals for new leases.

Absolutely right a two year lease is much preferred to one with less than 9 mo. You are caught between a rock and a hard place. This thread was begun in April and still no assumption????????
