it's not that i feel like i am "running out of time" it is very hard for me to eat clean to gain healthy weight. When I take the weight gain I still have to be a healthy eater, it helps me with my calorie/protein intake daily. I'm on my 3rd day and I have never been so sore in my life!

How about a Tony Horton qoute thread?

Everytime I do Kenpo towards the end...

To the woman..."That shirt was light green...We don't spray on, we do actually DNA removal...It's all over the place."

That makes me laugh everytime.

Might want to specify what constitutes eating. A full meal, medium meal to keep you going but not make you full, snack, etc.

One of the problems I face now with P90X is on ab ripper days when Im doing chest/back or shoulder/arms etc.. when the video is coming to an end like 5 min left, then I have to do ab ripper for 15 min, I get SUPER lazy and sometimes not do it. I hate when that happens.

I hate the scissor kicks and mason twist, but I can go 40 reps straight now with the mason twist. New goal is to do the whole 50 with them. It's just like what Tony says. "I hate it, but I love it".

Turbo>NA - I always tell myself to push hard and the fact that I want to see results. That usually get my motivation going.

Sweet. I start that on Sunday! How did you do on the plyo pushups and the 1 arm pushups? This is my 3rd time through the routine and I'm looking forward to the Phase 2 days!

Man, the plyo was a good workout. 1 arm pushups...GTFO. I had to be on my knees to even go half way down and even that, I was struggling like a mofo..

Cool - the jump knee tucks are tough. I also don't care for the rock star hops.

Yeah.. 1 arm push-ups are a little nuts. Last time through, I was getting 8 on each arm from the normal plank position. But man, they are hard! Will be interesting to see how I do by the time week 3 is here this time. Personally, I like Phase 2 workouts better then phase 1 routines.

Day 167 of not working out and going strong. Can really see the changes from the lack of working out.

Jump knee tucks are tough, but awesome at the same time. Yeah, the rock star hops I slack on a little.

My goal is to do the 10 1 arm push up from a normal plank position by the end of phase 2.
