I think the 326M's have more concavity than the 313's but I could be mistaken. Could look quite nice from other angles.
They are taking a long while to get back on the price of the 313's! You could always order the Miro replicas from **********s. I wish BMW would offer more, separate choices of rims etc rather than having you buy a specific package. For example I like Jet Black, but with the Msport package you can only get Sapphire Black. I like the brushed aluminium trim, but again you HAVE TO HAVE what they give you with the pack. Unless of course you go with the Individual program which just wouldnt be worth it. |

Apologies for the late post, but just got the car back from the shop [and its after dark here] and was able to snap a few pictures showing the real color of the 313 rims. these are from a german dealer and were only available with 225/30/R19 (front) with 255/35/R19 (rear) tires as a package. Was able to pick them off eBay from a BMW Dealer anxious to clear some stock for 2,200 Euros [about $2750 delivered], and a set of H&R Springs. the car sits 2mm lower than the stock ride height. Pic 1 is the front, pic 2 is the back, and pic 3 shows how much farther out they sit from stock and the actual amount of dishing.
EDIT: only the 2nd picture [after seeing what got posted] show the actual color, the 1st picture is a bit washed out Last edited by ChuckB; 05-22-2010 at 05:53 PM.. Reason: Stropped raining, so here is a better pic |

Yeah, the 326Ms look good on the blue for sure. I'm getting the metallic black though, and thought that a more gunmetal coloured rim would look nicer. My car is coming in august hopefully - and have the 19 326Ms on order with the M sports package. But they just look a bit shiny.
Thanks for those photos. |

Nice wheels! I just traded my 2008 (Alpine White on Beige Interior) Loved the exterior and hated the interior color. Anyway was hungry for the retractable hard top I also found the quality of the 2009 a bit better then the 2008.
Happy Motoring!

Here is the eBay Store:
http://stores.ebay.de/BMW-Automobile-Unterberger The Store Policy says they only ship within the EU, but I suspect they might be able to ship to other locations if you call them, they were really friendly and easy to work with |

Cwliew: apparently if you order the 313's you will have to pay for them separately. The dealer *might* offer to buy your existing rims back from you, but only if he has a car that he wants to put them on. Then of course he will have a set of rims left over from that car he will have to get rid of too.
Will be fairly costly I imagine. Probably a net difference of at least $3000+ just for the rims. RRP for the 313's in 19 inch (inc tires) is US$4000 alone see: http://accessories.bmwusa.com/ItemVi...productId=2557 If you reuse your existing tires then a whole set costs around US$2700. Unfortunately the Z4 does not have nice calipers to look at so not sure if it is really worth getting the 313's. |

Yeah, I kinda figured that.
The guys at adelaide motors still haven't given me a quote on the "upgrade" which sucks cos I paid about 2 grand over the price of the M sports pack just to get the 19s over the 18s, so if its going to cost 3k extra just to get the 313s then it may not be worth it. personally, they look way better, and I'm a bit pissed they can't just swap them. Everything about them is about the same except for the colour of the metal. I am sure someone would rather the little Ms on their rims rather than BMW performance - surely they can just swap them - I am hoping that they have some wicked service. I can see myself staying with BMWs if I like how they deal with me here. I mean, I'm crossing dealers off my list - the first one, being prestige, who are about the worst people to deal with in the world...Wouldn't buy a car there if it were cheaper! |

Yeah I totally agree with you; it is ridiculous that you cant just swap them over. +$2000 for the upgrade to the 19s is a bit steep. You can usually get 20% off any options. I am sure you know that on a Porsche you have 65 pages of options...everything is configurable and you dont have to go with these packages. I wish BMW was more like them.
I am really warming to the look of the 296Ms...they are the best rim BMW offer as standard on the Z4. You should check out the BMW offering of shadow chrome rims on the new F10 5-series...very aggressive looking. Sat in one the other day pre-release. All I can say is best of luck with your rims and let us know how you go with them. |

The 313's have polished outer surfaces that is why I avoided them, (they will corrode with stone chipping) and went with the 326's as per my photo in Memphis's post because they have no polished surfaces
