Brilliant!
Sports seats are an option. I wonder what the standard ones look like....

heated seats - Standard? Interesting. The base price is going way up on this car. Not that I mind, I would have ordered them anyway. Smoker's package optional - IT"S ABOUT TIME!!!!! I like the little cubby hole where the stupid ashtray would have been. And get this - CUP holders a part of the optional storage package...interesting. Wonder where they go.

well I don't think we can use this brochure to find out what is standard and what is optional. on the last page on the bottom says that the brochure is intended for the german market. see: The models illustrated in this brochure show the speci cations for the German market. In part, they include optional equipment and accessories not tted as standard. According to the speci c requirements of other markets, alterations in models, standard and optional equipment, as described in this brochure, may occur. For precise information please contact your BMW partner. Subject to change in design and equipment. so I'm sure many things are going to be optional or standard for the US market. my guess is that cup-holders and the ashtray are going to be standard for the US. and I'm sure that the heated seats are going to be part of a cold weather pack and are not going to be standard on all z4

Strange...............
I dont think this catalog is for the US, probably UK if you pay attention to its options/features and weight measurments are listed in kg rather than lb.
Also noticed that Multi-Steering wheel is an option, ha, since when did autio control buttons and the bluetooth buttons on steering wheel become optional? Again, I think this is UK designation and US models in terms of features and options are much different but what do you guys think? |

Completely agree. I'm convinced the UK will have the alarm system and automatic climate control as standard. I think Xenon's are also standard equipment. I'm hoping at least rear parking sensors will also be standard, but I plan on going for the front ones as well this time.

anyone know where the US Catalog might be found? This is clearly a non-US list and the options may be different in the US?

Wow! The first 5 pics in the catalog must be from my part of Norway! I recognise the roads and scenery I drive there every once in a while. Strange thing is it isnŽt a very good road actually. Except for the scenery. The tarmac is quite bad with lots of holes and other natural and annoying speed bumps. Anyway, next time I go there IŽll take some pics and post
