Relocating secondary O2 sensors
I installed VRSF cat-less downpipes and relocated the secondary O2 sensors behind the secondary catalytic convertors. Unfortunately I'm still getting a check engine light. Anyone else have the same experience?

Clever idea, but seems it did not work. MHD Stage 2 tunes will get rid of these errors. There is also some sort of n54 downpipe fix you can buy aswell, but that is meant to be used only short term, say to pass inspection and then should be taken off the car.

I’ve had success with o2 sims. But if you plugged behind the secondary cat and you just need a little more ‘filtering’, you should try placing a mini cat. You only need 1 so you can sell the other. FWIW Fabspeed sells these at double the price

Mini cats won't pass the visual, but I've installed the downpipe fix and currently working though trying different setting. It didn't help set on the default (which was expected). Hopefully I'll have more to share in a couple of days.

My wife drove the Z4 to work which is a longer highway drive and the light returned. So, close but not perfect.

I adjusted the voltage on the O2 sim and have had no check engine lights except for the random light when my wife drove the car. I have also passed the state inspection, so all is good.
