I wouldn't say it's working well, I would say it sucks less than stock.

There is one more modification I made to the passenger side fender liner, but I don't currently have pictures. I will post them the next time I get a chance.

The wider the tyres the greater the propensity to tram lining... Wondered how it was doing?

I'm sure I've done over 1,000 miles on the car with no issues. It may get worse as the tires get worn, but right now no issues.
I ran an autocross last weekend and had no rubbing issues.

UPDATE
Now that I have run 5 or so autocrosses (50% of the time with a passenger), thought I would update what I have seen. First the front is awesome with zero issues. The rear is mostly not an issue, but keep in mind that I consider the inner fender liner sacrificial. There is one area on the passenger side where there is a wire behind the inner fender liner. One picture below shows the current rubbing areas of the liner. Another pictures show the inner fender to confirm there has been no rubbing of the metal inner fender. I actually considered gluing the liner to the inner fender, but decided against it. The final picture shows a cover I fabricated to protect the wire (just in case).
