As Paris1 indictated it was not available. I started looking at used G29s specifically wanting adaptive cruise. None seemed to be coming up and several BMW dealers said they rarely saw it added as an option since it was a "sports car" and people wanted to 'drive it'.
OK, I believe him but I still wanted it! So guess what I'm saying is there probably are very few used Z4s with Adapitive Cruise |

Adaptive Cruise
The speed control on the E89 is not adaptive but it is one of the best I have used. It can be set at any speed with a convenient paddle, It can activate both throttle and brakes and I think the DCT if necessary. I like to drive with it while stretching my legs for a while. Also a green "bug " appears on the speedo to designate the setting being used. It is not available in Sport+
My other car has an adaptive speed control if you mean the ability to have radar following, which is ok but can be a nuisance. |
