WTB E89 sdrive35i w/ 6spd + msport
EDIT: Bought a Z4M, marking this as sold, no longer looking for a Z4
This sub-forum doesn't seem particularly active, but I figure I'll give this a shot Looking to buy an E89 35i with a manual and m-sport. Some other notes: - preferred exterior colors: yellow, red, blue, black, or orange - interior color isn't particularly important to me - iDrive/heated seats/PDC/comfort access are pretty much required (was any of this standard equipment? I'm not sure...) - under 70k miles preferred I'm looking to spend somewhere in the low-mid 20s, might hit the high 20s for the right car, give or take several thousand depending on the car. I'm located in Raleigh, but I'm willing to fly out somewhere and drive the car home. Thanks! Last edited by michaelalex3; 06-11-2021 at 10:39 AM.. Reason: Bought Z4M |

Bump, I've pretty much given up my search for an E61, so I'm open to an E89 again. I've also upped my budget some
I'm either getting a 6spd 987.2 BS or a 6spd E89 m-sport, whichever I find first! |

I am getting a lot of responses folks, I appreciate your interest.
A few notables: The car has over $7k in quality modifications, each improving the acceleration, handling and braking. I have no intentions of taking these modifications off, so these would have to be considered in your offer. Thanks. Breakdown: VRSF downpipes $400 VRSF Chargepipe $180 VRSF 5 Inch intercooler $450 Cobb Accessport $250 Carbon lip, side skirts and lip spoiler $1600 M performance front big brake kit $1000 Luxon strut brace $270 M3 437M forged wheel and tire setup $2700 Last edited by Streethawk; 04-11-2021 at 08:52 AM.. |

Just give an asking price. What possible reason do you have not to? Do you really think some schmuck is going to wander in offering MORE than you'd ask for it? Good luck living that pipe dream.

For those who are considering messaging them, I offered $26k and that wasn't close enough to try work something out (streethawk if you want me to take this info down PM me and I will). They were very nice, polite, and quick to respond, I have zero issue with them and I'm sure if someone else does agree on a price with them they'll be very easy to buy from. In hindsight maybe I should've offered a few thousand more, but I was basing it off the atacama yellow sale on cars and bids a few weeks ago. E89s are rare, but there's also not that many people looking to buy them so I can't be paying Porsche PTS prices for a rare color lol. I'm okay with it, I'm starting to think I'd rather have a Z4M anyways and I'm looking for those too. |

@michaelalex3 I have mine modded, it is sitting at 400whp with crisp handling and braking, so I need to hold off for a buyer who appreciates the mods enough to pay for them.
Here is a comparable listing for a stock car https://www.gulfcoastmotorworks.com/...17b949561e0ab9 I cannot find any more comparables, which is in a way both good and bad. Last edited by Streethawk; 04-14-2021 at 07:09 AM.. |
