Mine is Turner, too. I can't feel any nvh increasing.

I had some clunking & squeaking with Turner monoballs after 1 track day. Got the car inspected and guess what.. I've since purchased Dinan ones. Removed the turner ones and it spun relatively freely within the arm.

damn i guess we got the wrong monoball, although the unit looks mad quality, so this is the reason why people report no nvh on other brands of monoballs, but hopefully other owners can chime in and confirm it doesn't move around like that

Haven't installed them yet. They're sitting here in my apartment. After the Turner ones failed, I bought brand new OE control arms as I needed the car to be back in action quickly. I want to wear out the bushings on the OE ones before swapping in Dinan parts. Just looking at them, it's very clear that the installation is much more secure, just look at all the bolts on Dinan's part.

The GAS monoballs are great quality!

Basically a similar design as per the dinan's without the pricetag.

Ooze of made in the USA quality and a great co to deal with!

Have you installed these yet? If so, what do you think? Any increase in NVH? TIA.

I posted earlier in the thread. I installed my GAS monoballs a while ago. I have 3 track days on them and thousands of miles of street driving. There is ZERO downside to these. I noticed no NVH from them. I rented the tool and installed them myself. It was a very easy process and I am very happy with them.

Update: Installed the Dinan monoballs today. NVH is far less than when I had the Turner ones in, it is not bothersome. Stock shocks/springs, so I'm used to comfort

Awesome, thank you. What handling benefits did you find these added? TIA.

I must have close to 100 track days on my BW monoballs in one car and ~60 on the other. Zero issues so far.

THIS. This is standard procedure even for the stock units. you must load the suspension before tightening(torqueing) the bolts on the chassis side.

I don't know. Heard a lot of clunking and squeaking after the 3rd track day with them on. Upon further inspection the monoball was able to rotate within the control arm. (earlier videos)

Have done 2 days with the Dinan ones now, no issues with the monoballs

Sorry for the late reply.

Unfortunately I can't really comment...

I had my car on the workshop for ages, then when I got it back I swapped previous coilovers out to Ohlins R&T's and then went from 19" wheels to 18" wheels.. (so I had a lot change before I could really make a judgment call, plus I hadnt driven my car for 7 months...)

I organised a GB for them earlier this year, most guys aid they offer a small amount of NVH, the performance gains far outweighed the NVH (great mod basically)

You do not need to load suspension components that are monoballs or heim joints

They just rotate in the center.

Even poly thrust bushings don't need loading, the center pin rotates in the center off the bushing

I was hoping they were right. It would explain why it feels like im running over a 4x4 when I hit an expansion joint while I'm on Ohlins set to soft at 13/13. I have the turner monoballs

Installed the Rogue's, been in 10 track days, daily driven, and had to sit for impound for 120 days (The most harmefull for rubbers imo as it deforms).

Zero issues.

i bought and installed the autosolutions monobals and have been running them for 5k miles. there is no noise and the car has much better traction when braking. more specifically, the car wobbles less under hard braking and the car is dartier and more responsive when driving hard on the highway.

i love it.
