VAD GT3 ful CF Widebody Kit
It was released quietly last month...and its epic.
------------------------------------ ur year keeps going from strength to strength, our little internal restructure before the turn of the year set us on a new path, and carbon fibre aero builds have become big news for us this year, and with our new composite partners our range is growing at and incredibly fast rate, and we have a lot of people that support us, so it’s not all down to VAD, its all the people we work with to make not only our dreams, but customers dreams come to life too. Our first mission this year has been to get the Curseive 458 built and on the road, Eduard Gray original concept drawings went viral and we have to say the response so far for our first road going Curseive has been electric, and we are already working on new builds. We have some GTR news, but we will cover that a little later in a separate blog, what we can say is all the wide body GTR’s that proclaim to be Ichiban … move over as the ultimate wide body is here, and it really doesn’t get any better for the look of the mighty Nissan GTR. Next on our list of long lengthy discussions have been our very own BMW Z4 GT3 build, and its kind of taken a back seat, and just as we decide to get stuck into the build, another Z4 build takes shape, and this one unfortunately leaves our conversion standing. We are contacted some months back by a company from Dubai in the Middle East Reflect ADS, who informed us they were installing the V10 from BMW’S E60 M5, and how they had been looking at our Carbon aero pack for the Z4, now this caught our attention straight away, a V10 powered Z4 with our GT3 inspired aero upgrade… does it really get any better than that for this little beauty, we personally don’t think it does, especially as they have not only bolting the engine into place, but its also up & running with a full Eisenmann race exhaust system with cat deletes, the sound is spine tingling. So another exciting build to be involved with, and although we are not building the car, its great to be involved with the cosmetics of the build, with our aero pack, suspension system & 3 piece forged wheels that will adorn this 2 seater pocket rocket, we have a lot to think about when we start our own Z4 GT conversion. http://vadwheels.com/NEWSBLOG/tabid/...T3.aspx#vadImg[1282]/0/ -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The BMW Z4 (E89 Chassis) is a little beauty, we have always been quite fond of the little roadster, and in its 35is disguise it doesn’t hang around either, its easily tuneable with a huge selection of aftermarket upgrades from wheels & aero styling to choose from, with the latest aero to hit the market from Varis Japan with their wide body offering, unfortunately the Varis along with all of the other aero on the market really doesn’t floats our boat, we really aren’t a huge fan of removing metal to replace it with fibre glass no matter who manufactures it, hence the reason we decided to bring to market our own wide body package, but with what we call proper parts and were pleased to say there is no fibreglass option with this aero package, as with all of our GT3 conversions there is plenty of form, and lots of function, we bring you the Z4 GT3 full carbon aero pack. The conversion is quite extensive, and consist of a full body overall, with parts consist of the following: Front bumper, front splitter, front bumper canards, replacement side inner fenders, front vented hood / bonnet, side skirts, rear replacement wider fenders, rear bumper, rear diffuser, rear wing with supports. With any wide body conversion wheels, tyres are a must upgrade, 18” 19” & 20” 3 piece forged wheel options are available in standard or concave profiles, with our Quantum coilover suspension and exhaust upgrades also available on request, other options available include a full V8 conversion for those customers that want a little more than the top of the range Z4 3.5is can put out, the sky’s the limit with this conversion, with huge potential in every area, we can’t wait to build our own. http://vadwheels.com/NEWSBLOG/tabid/...ts.aspx#vadImg[264]/2/ |
