Steering wheel wrap for Z4, I found this custom leather wrap online.
I've always hoped for a thicker meatier grip on the standard 35i steering wheel. Tried the M wheel, liked it, but that's also really expensive, I have no idea how much for the swap.
Then there's this, not idea how good it'll actually be but I'm tempted to order mine custom and try. I can also get red and blue M stitching, just looks pretty good to me unless i'm crazy. what do you guys think? This is from one of the chinese websites btw,

Hey, that's pretty interesting. I would definitely like to know more, but would be for my 2011 X3, vs. my Z.
Keep us posted please. Dave

The M Sport wheel is about $600 USD so I would imagine this is definitely cheaper. Is this a "sew your own" install? I would pay extra to lose their embossed logo.

I'm gonna shoot the guy a message to ask about what type of custom work can be done. ie, losing the logo, color stitching and maybe other leather types.
Going to ask for a quote too. it seems the package includes thread and needle, wow... maybe i'll have to bribe the missus, maybe that'll cost more than the wrap.

The chances of you getting it to be sewed tight and smooth like that are slim

I don't think it was easy as in pictures. I did my wrap by professional.
Need to remove airbag all trims and button, extra foam pad to make it thicker and custom leather tailor. Otherwise you will end up with loose leather, wrinkles

Steering wheel is the same as old 09-11, but paddle shift can be changed to - and +
