Florida Lemon Law
Ok Guys Im Looking Into This Because I Think My Car Qualifies As A Lemon I Was Reading That The Car Has To Go Into Service/or Repair Shop In 3 Times, Or Be In The Shop For 15 Day Cumulative So Far My Car Has Been In Twice But Has Been In For More That 15 Days In Total First Time It Was In The Shop For 14 Days And Not Its Has Been In The Shop For 2 Days And Counting. So If Anybody Has Experience With This Or Can Help Me Or Know A Lawyer Who Deals With This Please Pm So I Can Know What I Can Do, Or Cant Do
Thanks Carlos P.s. Sucks Right When I Started Hooking Up The Car This Sh*t Happens. Oh Well Things Happen For A Reason.

its 30 cumulative days, after you send in the paper work they have 15 more days to fix the problem (this is AFTER it hs all been signed and sent back and forth between the state and BMW so your looking at 2 months)
same with the 3 times for the same thing (which has more restrictions on what it actually is) they have one final attempt to fix it, if they dont or it happens again then you can declare the car a lemon |

I went through a Lemon law arbitration last Sept. on my C6 Vette with GM. Suggestion: As soon as you meet the time out of service or repair requirements, register with Lemon law people ASAP. Then, continue on top of it and document EVERYTHING (Conversation, promises, names, etc).
I prolonged my deal by "hoping" the dealer would get it right and not filing sooner. Also, the more miles you put o the car, the more depreciation you'll get hit with. Also, don't accept any offer that you are not at least 99.9% happy with. I walked away making money on my deal. Basically, I got to drive a new Vette for almost a year on GM's dime (the headaches they give you and back & forth was a hassle, though). Good luck!
