I must be the only one with a silver Z... pics with the M3!
Looks like I have two BMWs for the time being. I already reversed most of the cosmetic mods I had on the M3 because I thought I was going to turn it in when I got the Z. Going to hold onto it a little while longer though.
These shots aren't the greatest, but I thought I'd try to do a little comparison while the cars are both pretty clean...

Nice photos...I always founded hard to choose between an E93 M3 and a Z4... I am starting to like more and more the Z4 though... Guess simply, cause I am in love with mine

You know, the interesting thing I've found is that the shifter/clutch in the Z4 is better than in the M3! The throws are much shorter and the clutch is lighter, more linear, and more forgiving than the one in the M3. Of course, that V8 wail is unbelievable, but each engine definitely has its merits!

Hahahah, whatever floats your boat I guess. The dealer had the Z parked in the front and he said that he got 4 phone calls inquiring about it before I picked it up later that day. I guess its definitely a "hot" commodity these days.

thanks for posting; your cars look terrific
I am interested in the Orion Silver but it is difficult to get a consistent idea of the color from many of the other pictures on the web. In your pictures the color does look very silver but in other pictures on the web, the gold tones come out more. Can you please give me your impression of what the color looks like, in terms of the silver-gold dimension? thanks. |

Actually, my car is Titanium Silver, so that's why the color is so silver compared to the other pics you might have seen. Good luck with the car!

Nice pics.... I upgraded from my M3 to an X5 with all options. I am also running a Z4MC with Volks and full suspension for my fun car and I have an 02 NSX when I want to drive a Honda...
Lets see some mods on both cars... then we are talking...
