Reasons NOT to Search First

The first paragraph makes no sense to me. If a firm charged partners' rates for associates' work (delegation), then that firm would quickly go out of business. Not a dreamworld. My bosses delegate to me, and sometimes I delegate further. Each time someone lower on the totem pole does work at my firm, the client saves money. Competition among firms requires this.

First, the last time the question was answered may have been a long time ago.

Second, searching is inefficient.

Third, re-asking a question does not impose a high cost on anyone.

Fourth, new members may not know they can search through old topics.
