Found this too coincidental to not share.
On the way to pick up pizza for the family through one of my favorite back roads when a fire truck with its sirens wailing comes to the intersection I am about to cross. Stop to let them through; when they turn, a new iPhone goes flying. I hop out and grab it and start the investigation on a locked phone. Was able to see the name of a recent email that was sent - Googled the name and found it to be the owner of a local screen printing company. Give them a shout and say someone by this name emailed 40 minutes ago, any chance you can find the recipient? A few minutes later, the phone rings and it’s the owner’s wife, turns out he’s a firefighter and I go to leave the phone at the station. Right as I got off the phone with the wife, Bob Dylan’s “Simple Twist of Fate” starts to play. Couldn’t help but wonder if the same would have happened if the teen riding my bumper would have stopped to pick it up. |

That was sweet, in the early 70’s I talked my parents into one Christmas gift.

We got through reviving all (100+) vinyl records mom had kept for decades. All my old hair metal, Zep, RUSH etc....been ordering new (not as good) and Brandi Carlile is our latest...great song writer and singer..The Story album is fantastic
