To answer the last question, that is a cup holder which *never fear* can be detached. I believe it comes as part of the "extra storage" optional extra.

http://www.zroadster.com/forum/bmw_z...4_schwarz.html Just ignore the German and scroll down until you see the pics I have ordered mine in orion silver - but from the two colors mentioned I would choose blue. The darker the color the smaller the car looks. I believe the blue gives the car a very sporty look. Black has the meaner look. I have read threads of people who have seen the blue one in real life who claim that the blue looks better in proper lighting but not so good in real life. I am attaching my pics from Geneva (orion silver and canberra beige). I did not really pay too much attention for capturing good pics of the beige interior since I am not interested in it. One of the pics gives you an impression of what the beige seat looked like after about 4 hours of people testing it. Last question already answered: cup holder (detachable) |

I would go for the black and red or white interior.

Black with red leather interior looks awesome! I wish I had the guts to go with that combination but my current black car has to be cleaned all the time. Black seems to show up every bit of dust. When it's clean it looks awesome when it's dirty it looks... not so good.

Personally I don't like them and am quite happy we don't get them in Europe. |

strange!! my first reaction is that the last one hasent the navi. Because the first one is the "speed/memory" butten for the navi. And the last one is the different radio channels.
mayby they just have put wrong buttons one one of the preproduction cars. Edit: bad english and dobbelpost!!

European cars definitely have 8 user defined buttons (at least I am 100% sure about DE, CH and AT since it is specifically mentioned in the catalog). Maybe AM/FM switching is more important in the US and that is why they have a fixed button for that? I mean, who is listening to AM frequencies in Europe??? |
