Why can't I login to the X3 forum?

This is aggravating. I've tried to login to the X3 forum, but since the forum format change I've been unable to login. It tells me my credentials are invalid. When I attempt to reset my password, it sends me an email with a password reset link, but when I click on that link it sends me to a blank page. Who can I contact about this? I've left messages on every "contact" I can find, but it's been almost a week I can't get anyone on the forum to respond?

I can get into the X5 forum, but if they are going to rollout the new format here, I fear I'll be locked out from here as well.

Contact apptest in the "Site Related Announcements - Suggestions - Feedback - Questions" section of the forum.

Discussions on the new format are in the "BIMMERPOST Web 2.0 Thread (Bugs, comments, suggestions, new requests)" thread in the above section.

I don't know what the problem is. When I go to that link, and try to login, it tells me my credentials are invalid. I'm stuck here. I can post to the X5 forum only. I don't know what to do.---NEVERMIND: I was able to reset my password at that link. But not through the new updated profile for the X3 forum. I wonder why this is?
