even sicker - the 35is residual is 82%!!!! its .00145MF w/ loyalty though. Still a ridiculous deal. It makes it only 50-75/month more to get a 35is over a 35i. If anyone else wants to get one, I can hook it up. |

Very nice.
On a side note, it's so annoying that Canada prices are so much more expensive, like almost $15,000 more for the same car! Esp given that CAD>USD. |

I have owned BMWs since 1992, and usually buy, but when my CA called me in early May to tell me about this lease offer. I couldn't believe the residuals being offered. Within a week I ordered one in Melbourne Red. That said, it arrives in three weeks. In my mind this is rare to offer this kind of deal. BMW employees even get a better deal.

what is the loyalty deal with BMW?
I'd never trade the 135i, I would be loyal getting a Z4 (: Nice deal - would love 35i - drove one when they first came out and loved it...

I punched everything into the computer and it came out 50 bucks more in every scenario I tried. Trust me, if it were less, I would have gotten the 35is for sure. I doubt Jason will ever see that showroom again but I would if I saw him haha. And the employee cash was $3,900 btw. Also I wanted to do 0 down with neg equity from my 1er. |

CA and NC....you can't compare....
Also, IIRC, the employee discount will vary depending on the employee.
